"Biker" for me usually means motorbiking, though I also have a couple of mountain-bikes... see Trail Bike
My current motorbikes are a Honda CBR600RR ABS 2017 and a Kawasaki Ninja Z250SL.
Previously I have owned: Kawasaki ZX4-RR (Ninja anniversary edition), Honda CRF300 Rally, Honda CBR600RR 2005, Honda CBR600FW, Honda VF750F, Yamaha FJ600, Suzuki GSX750EX, Yamaha FJ750, Yamaha XJ900, Kawasaki Z750 and I passed my riding test on my Kawasaki KH250.

This last weekend in May was a frustrating weekend as the weather wasn't good enough for bike riding in the high Alps as we had planned, some of the passes in the high Alps aren't open even yet.
Marseille continues to entice and infuriate in equal measure. My motorbike let me down out on the Col de l'Espigoulier, one of the hills surrounding Marseille, happily I was able to bump start it and return home and it was only the battery which needed replacing. But relatively out on limb and also in a still foreign country, these things are much more difficult.
All fixed by the end of Saturday and although I was too knackered to go out with my friends as planned (we'd already had a late night on Friday) I was able to enjoy the Eurovision song content from the comfort of my own place with my own stuff around me and some nice wine and food that I made myself at home. In this case, the sound of many other televisions echoing around the inner courtyard added to the atmosphere: the slogan of the show was "Share the moment".
Here's a postcard from my trip yesterday out to the Grand Canyon of the Verdon on a loan bike from the bike shop in Peyrolles, near Aix en Provence.
Back from Marseille after a great weekend biking with Tony from Bristol as pillion on my RR. We went to Castellane and a couple of the mountain passes and several spectacular gorges in Haut-Provence and the Alpes Maritimes around Nice. And back first thing yesterday morning along the spectacular Grand Canyon of the Verdon.
I did get out biking yesterday for the first ride this year. Not bad to have an enjoyable bike ride even in February!
Here's a postcard from yesterday and Saturday in Cornwall. I was riding with Tony, my baker friend from Bristol. The weather was pretty grey on Saturday and crossing over Dartmoor was particularly bleak.
I'm riding light for a week on the mountain roads of the Alps. No laptop, although I do have my SLR camera but photos will have to wait till I'm back in Marseille..
I left Marseille for a long ride north via the Col de la Croix Haute (1179 m.) to Saint-Gervais under Mont Blanc. A bit of rain towards the end of the day which cleaned the Provence dust off my white leathers and boots but didn't soak me through.
